It happened so quickly that my friend and I were left going, "Did what we think just happen actually happen?" Unless you paused the tv or something, you really didn't get that graphic of a shot, so I don't really see why so many people are calling in all angry. They do seem to be making a big deal of it. If I were a parent, I would probably be more miffed at the lewdness of the dancing and the lyrics more so than a split second of a breast shot.

Also, I don't remember them making this big of a stink over the time when Li'l Kim wore than pastie dress thing. It was much talked about, yes, but it seemed like people were more making fun of it than complaining about it. Maybe my memory is just faulty.

Depends on what tv your talking about. On basic "family friendly" channels, then yes, the only thing you'll probably see is butts on NYPD Blue (is that show still on? I don't even know...). Now Showtime and HBO (and their multiple bizillion branch channels)? They like to show lots breasts and pussy shots after midnight. I learned that last summer, as I was bored after work and couldn't get to sleep. So I watched crappy softcore porn on Showtime.

But CBS? No no no, no boobs allowed! (Then again, I don't watch much CBS, so I don't know...hahaha. Just don't listen to me. )

I understand what you're saying, however I don't think they need to make such a fuss over a quick glimpse of booby. (Not even boob(ies)! Isn't there something more important that the government could be doing? Don't get me wrong...I like to look at naked women...and if I had kids, they would be brought up to appreciate the human body and at the right age how to give and receive pleasure with it.

I have a problem with people shoving something down my throat though. If I wanted to see breasts I'd go to a porn site or open one of my magazines or plug in a movie....my choice. There are a lot of people out there who just don't care to see stuff like that and don't want their kids to see it either...yet they were forced to see it...they had no choice in the matter...THAT IS WRONG!

The networks should be fined heavily for not running the 7 second delay as they're supposed to, and Janet and Justin should be made examples of and punished to the fullest extent of the law. If a line is not drawn, things could get out of hand.

I agree with this statement wholeheartedly. The choice was not given to any viewers. Choice is what makes this country great. It is one of our rights!
