I'd vote for this guy.
He was the number 2 guy at the Department of Justice. He wouldn't sign off on the spy program that the Administration was pushing, so Card and Gonzalez go to the hospital where Ashcroft is in intensive care to get his approval.
Then Comey appoints Patrick Fitzgerald to head up the Plame investigation. And Fitz is going through this pack of criminals like a hot knife through soft butter.
