Based on Jack Frost from Rise of the Guardians and Elsa from Frozen. But their story is spinned into a modern day tale of a girl who discovers she has ice powers and is trying to hide them from the world, and the young winter fae who takes a liking to her and helps her learn to use them. If a second female wanted to play Elsa's sister Anna, you could have her develop some kind of power as well.
Other Disney characters are welcome as well, so long as they are adapted for a modern suburban setting. I may also play Arthur and his adoptive grandfather Merlin, but we'll see.
