Jack and Jill for DC MD VA area

Just saw a thread for a jack and jill party for the NYC area ..... Seemed like a nice thing to do in this area too .... intrested people, lets start talking ....... It could be a lot of fun ....

Aim:
-- equal guys and girls
-- limit each gender to 5

I'll add links to this thread in the Maryland and Virginia threads...but fair warning--this was attempted last October and completely fizzled--plus, putting specific restrictions on attendance is an interesting idea but I don't know if it would work (for one thing, there's a significant no-show factor when planning any kind of Lit-together...)

My suggestion has always been to have a more innocuous get-together, maybe over dinner, and then folks who feel that they might want to have a 'Jack 'n' Jill' session can make those plans with others comfortable with the idea. But go for it!

i think u got a point there ... should change it to pre Jack and Jill session .... Meet for dinner ... and if something happens good ... if nothing happens ... then atleast you make new friends ...
