I personally believe man invented God, and not the other way around, so no, He wouldn't.

However, if He really does exist, and He created us, of course he would still exist if we did not.

So I think your question comes down to whether or not we believe in Him.

If God did not exist, he doesn't exist whether humanity exists or not.
