So I researched how to detox the breasts...if there is such a thing.
Well, there is!
I used a detoxing mask on the armpits. By drawing out the toxins from the armpits which is where the lypmph nodes are...you also detox the breasts.
I used the mask twice now, 7 days apart.
The results are, my breasts don't ache at all and my perspiration is almost odorless.
I think this mask can work on stinky feet too if you have stinky feet.

The one I used is betonite clay, mixed with apple cider vinegar and cilantro essential oil. The second time I used oil of oregano instead of cilantro oil.

I'm planning on doing this armpit mask every week and alternating the oils.
I leave the mask on for 15 minutes.

I hope this helps somebody. Internet searches may find different masks for the armpits/breasts. If I had known about this, I'd have been doing it for decades now. I love the internet. :heart:
 
Interesting topic. What made you think of detoxing your breasts, as opposed to a more "normal" detox such as fasting?

I read somewhere (where's that notation when you need it? :confused: ) that massage also helps to activate the lymph and move the toxins on through the system. The article specifically noted this as a benefit of breast massage, since lymph sit in behind the breast tissue/muscle wall. Additionally, a lot of people think that a breast massage is just grabbing handfuls of boobies, and that can certainly be a part of it, however, it is actually about massaging of the muscle wall behind the breast. I personally include the neck and shoulders and other areas affected by weighty breasts and the lingerie that support them.
 
in researching Essential Oils, one book talked about this and suggested a breast detox every 4 months. Using 4 drops of Frankincense along with FCO or Almond oil, massaged in twice a day for 30 days. To help with the lymph system as Nipple Muncher said.
I just finished my first 30 days. Loved the smell of "frank" all day.
