That statement seems out of place, without the cartels, they dont have the cash to be a country. Same thing goes for the illegals in the USA, how many tax dollars are sent to Mexico by them? I know you have terminal TDS and wont believe it, thats ok, cause you would be wrong as usual.

While technically true, maybe you can tell us where the cartel starts and the government ends? Mexico is corrupt as the day is long.
I have family there, or did. Theyāre all North-O-de-Border now. They didnāt stick around down south because that question couldnāt be answered by themā¦much less our Radicalized on this forum.

The government is corrupt to some degree....more and less over.time.
But the current government is actually one of the least corrupt in their history.

The CJNG cartel is active in more than one area of the US and have been for more than a few years now. The Sinaloa and Gulf Cartels as well.
