Its October... Any Ideas for Scary Movies or Shows

I know its midway through the month. I have really just got into the mood, which is super rare for me. I began watching Marianne today but was wondering if there are some things out there that I need to be in tune with and watch. I am not a horror movie buff but do like the genre. Just interested in people's opinions and thoughts because there is so much to digest out there.

I prefer the older movies made pre 1970. They aren't as gory but that's fine by me.
