Isn't this done using one of those AI infused photo apps ?
You don't even have to input a prompt for those, just simply upload a photo and choose a "cartoon" filter.
Not very much in the way of artistic endeavour going on here.....and definitely not in the spirit of this particular forum where AI art is not acceptable.
