Everyone should have one - but they don't.
Developed primarily for NSA (No Such Agency), underwritten by the US Nave in the 90's - it's the best 'hardware' to date for state of the art listening. It can pluck single conversations from complex noise enviorns - like bars, parties, banquets and the like.
And to make it even better the spooks over at NSA developed software that recognizes dialect/accent. Yes, they can tell if an individual is from Queens or Texan - or Dublin - or South Africa. And we're just taling English here - it works for any language.
This is but one of the tools that feed Echelon, the joint US/Brit intel vacum which sucks up virtually every kind of electronic communication between Moscow in the east, Helsinki up north, Tunis down south and Tehran over that-away.
This communication, once collected is gone through and what's deemed important enough to inspect is classified either by 'Whiskey-Numbers' which are directed to cabinet member and/or top-level military commanders. Or ZU-messages which are PEO (Presidents Eyes Only).
So, I wonder if they'll catch this. Bet they will.
Just thought you might be curious about this stuff.
