Hi, Jenna. I like to switch (Dom/sub, kinky/less so), probably more comfy and definitely more experienced as a sub, but I can be a Daddy when a bad girl needs to be reminded to submit.

Until a few years ago, I'd really only played at it: some teasing tie-ups, a few Dom/sub games--edgy appetizers to a plainer main course. Things have ... changed for me.

I think we are grossly outnumbered and therefore have more of a pick of the crop, as it were. I, for one, am sated to pick and choose and I tend to hold on to just one for a long time, so I'm rarely even looking. (and am not looking now, before the PMs start flying).

The male dom situation varies quite considerably in quality though, even from their ads. I'd be curious as to how different the quality of dommes is...

Could it also be due to the fact that dominant women are more likely to get swamped with messages if they were to openly advertise, so they may take a more covert approach of identifying potential subs through threads then approach them directly?

Apologies if this sounds a bit tin-foil hat like, only I have had this happen with a male dominant who mistook my gender (understandably, the username is pretty unhelpful in that regard).

I find it hard to put out a personal stating that I am seeking a dominant female because in many ways it can be taken out of context. I would like a dominant female, but it is not always centered around bdsm or humiliation which it seems so many take and run with.

Pain and bondage can be fun and pleasurable, but it is not the constant I seek. Certainly it adds some excitement, but there are many more avenues to find pleasure in as well.

I would like a dominant female in my life, but one that varies and seeks a wider range of pleasure for both of us. One that is dominant in clearly describing what it is she wants, desires and needs. And then making sure that her man clearly carries out her directions and works to serve her to those ends.

I’d be willing to talk more about this for further clarification.

Unfortunately I don't have the answer. Hopefully someone who follows the thread and has more technical knowledge, can answer that question.
