If your kids are in sports, keep them hydrated.

If you have elderly or disabled neighbors, check on them and see that they have adequate water and air circulation.

If you have pets, make sure they have plenty of water. Bring them inside for a break from the heat if you can.

Even the wild things may need a little help. Keep containers of water on decks or balconies for the birds.

And for the love of pete, don't leave your kids and/or pets in the car.They will be dead in minutes in this heat.

ewww....besides most of socal is hotter than all fuck unless you live relatively close to the pacific. Yea....get some of that socal awesome, those aren't clouds people....it's really just that filthy.
