It's childish I know, but I finally got to use an Avatar! do you like it?

One of the favorite things I like about this board is the Avatars, and wondering whether the Avatar is just a pic, or a representation of the poster.

Thanks! mlyn

Mine is a representation of me, obviously. It takes me about 2 hours each day to get ready to log on, what with the makeup, 7 layers of kimonos, wig and all, but I feel it's worth it.

Um, no offense, but you have a lot of questions for someone that registered in Dec 2000. Where have you been?

Ok, instead of being lazy I looked up all your old posts. Now I know why we haven't seen much of you on the GB. You should come over there more often. And I like the new Avatar. :)

I love red heads. Do you like planes?

So guess. Yours looks nice, and is most appropriate for this site, but mine might show my personal fetish.

Question, would "Laurel" send a story of the erotic relationship between a man and his railway engine to "extreme" or would it be "non-human"?

Thanks, and ...

When I first registered, I was here all the time. Not necessarily posting, but reading, reading and reading more posts. And then it dawned on me, like "duh" I am supposed to writing, not reading! And restricted myself to the Author's Hangout, which was easier to get thru.

Secondly, I like airplanes. and I keep having a recurring dream about owning a personal mini helicopter to fly around to places.

Lastly, interesting relationship with railway system. Hope it works out, for you both!

And I am a redhead. Thanks,
mlyn :rose:

Mine isn't exactly an avatar, but there are days when I feel like spinning on my axis!

I think it would depend who was on top....

Ouch!

Mlyn..........

Hey <sexy>..........

Your choice of an Avatar is excellent. But the MOST important thing is to find something that represents yourself, your feelings, and what you as a person here on Literotica are trying to say.
(In a nutshell).

I looked literally at hundreds of avatars before choosing mine.
There were several I liked...and thought twice about. But....for me, this one.......Thesandman, as depicted in the photo is a man who hopefully is apart of people's dreams (Their imaginations anyway) and that I can bring some excitement, fun...and even arousing conversation, and remain basically mysterious in the process. So for me.....I'm one happy Sandman.

And whatever you are, or whoever you chose to be. #1...be yourself first and formost.

Sexy

Hey stranger!

Love the new AV, very hot and yet innocent at the same time.
I think that AV's are definitely representations of the poster. I love mine. I found it even before I decided to sign on here at Lit. I always knew that it was the way I wanted people to see me.

From the number of posts that I have, it's obvious that I'm here way too much. I have tons of unfinished stories. Not to mention the collaborative story (which I think is off right now). Internet service is scarce here, but I'll try to PM ya later.

Did I mention, great AV. :D

Toodles,
Mona.

My Avatar

My first avatar was of an Oompa Loompa. It fit me very well I thought, but got a lot of complaints.

So I switched to something a little more sublte. My cactus, I think, says a little about my personality as expressed here on Lit.

Basically I'm just a horney prick! :p

Ray

Just a BTW, Ray

I always liked your oompa loompa. Mine is no more politically correct than yours--but tough! It's about who we are in the end.

Blushes!

Actually since I'm still nursing a five month old, my real ones come somewhat close to my "idealized" ones.

Clairepen........

But just remember.........we've all been there at one time or another..........

okay my turn to add on here

i like the AVs too. so long as they don't give me eye spin though ;)

mlyn did you draw her yourself? it's a wonderful AV :)

mine is me of course. what else would wildsweetone mean?

The one on my story page I drew, but I wish I could claim this one as well. I found it at an avatar site, and since I have long redhair, it seemed appropriate.

I love that hibiscus flower, one of my favorite, and always reminds me of my favorite place.

Just got my new avatar. Those who don't know it's a picture from Red Dwarf (English comedy). I liked Ray's Oompa Loompa actually. Where did people get their ideas for their avatars? Considering changing mine regularly, like I do my signature.

The Earl

...wildsweetone...

At the beginning of July, during a spell of exceptionally hot weather, towards evening, a certain young man came down on to the street from the little room he rented from some tenants in S---- Lane and slowly, almost hesitantly, set off towards K---- Bridge.

The first sentence as well as a paragraph of a well known novel. Great punctuation, don't you agree?

oh now how interesting... chilledvodka i read that whole sentence before i realised it was a single sentence. the punctuation fit perfectly. now please excuse my ignorance, but what is the title of the novel?

(Earl, whew i thought your AV was a piccy of you at a christmas party...)
