It's all about the trout!

some days, NM, you frighten me.

[backs away slowly so as not to make any sudden movements that alarm NM]

:D

I'd hate to be a pedant, but neither of those are trout.

(Ok, I love to be a pedant, but I hate that I love to be a pedant! Argghhhh)

That's not what I was expecting. Of course, after months of hearing my female coworkers talk about how all straight guys should like "tuna in the face"... :D

I am a little bit embarrassed to learn that my town has a Trout Festival. The embarrassment comes from living here seven years and not knowing this. :eek:

You could always go and visit the Silver Festival, just to round out your experience.

It certainly sounds right up your Literotican alley so to speak, that should probably be a general your, rather than a specific your, really.

It has wonderful events such as:

Everyone is welcome to come and shoot muzzleloader and patched round balls only (no in-lines) for $20.00/single or $35.00/couple.
I'm not clear whether that means you shoot the balls singly or in pairs or whether you can shoot the balls by yourself or with a friend.

Dutch Oven Cook-Off Obviously that's for couples.

* There will be various vendors selling throughout downtown and at the High School parking lot. Be sure to check out:

Hermit Crabs and Novelty Toys;
I suppose if you have to have crabs it's better to have just one loner. Again it's not clear whether the Novelty Toys belong to the crab or these are available as a separate item.

Stephanie Broadbent's Unique Items and Frogs;
No comment here.

Lori Hardy's Shoe Fetish;Seems a bit tame after the frogs and crabs.

Christie Giles' BLM Information Booth; Big Labia Minora.

Keith Mitchell's Mountain Men;Well there's certainly something for all tastes. Go Keith.

Tintic Silver Festival Committee's TSF T-Shirts.Tits, Scrotes and Fannies.

* The Cruz-In Car Show will be on Saturday, August 15th at the Tintic High School parking lot beginning at 12:00pm and will go until 2:00pm at which time the winners will be announced. Some serious stamina needed here.

There will be three categories; cars/trucks, antiques, and motorcycles. I presume they mean antique vehicles not competitors.

There will be one first place "Best in Show" prize for each category.

Any entry in the car show is encouraged to drive or pull their entry on a trailer in the parade.
I suppose if you can manage two hours, once more for the crowd is not a lot to ask.

* The Swap Meet will also be at the Tintic High School. The kids will certainly be getting an education this weekend.

There is a $15.00 swap meet booth fee. Just because you like to swap doesn't mean you are an exhibitionist.

Admission is free to the public for the Cruz-In Car Show and the Swap Meet. Cum one, cum all.

Yeah, I agree. The marking on the second one remind me of a Northern Pike. Since I've only seen pics I an no expert. How about a Musky?

I have caught a lot of trout over the years and you are correct that ain't no trout. I , of course, have never caught one that big. Still the fins just are not right.

The biggest trout I caught was about 4lb. and the flesh was soft and mushy. I prefer them critters to be about 9-10" pan size. Clean 'em, roll 'em in corn meal and pan fry in bacon dripping ASAP after catching.YUM.

Nip my dear, this looks like a pic you probably have as a background. Those are some fine, firm, squirty knockers!

While I am intrigued by such things ( fine, firm, squirty knockers ), this was solely for silverwhisper's benefit. I mean, If I don't pick on him now and again, how's he gonna know I care? :confused:

To you pedants, careful ye shall tread, lest ye be smacketh'd by a trout! :D:D

*bluegill smacks all around*

It doesn't seem possible for this thread to be almost two years old. I remember when it was started.

Wow, didn't even think to look at that, Eilan. Just goes to show that ed doesn't let too many personal photos get out on the net for me to find. :devil::D:D:D
