I actually submitted those pics long before my daughters custody became an issue. if ya think aboutit the last pics that were posted were dec 16 and then these pics were posted on january 14th!! the problems with custody arised after the new year!

The dates are immaterial. If the battle is going on NOW and you were truly concerned about the outcome, you'd have asked Laurel to remove all pictures, etc. from the site ASAP, before they were posted at all.

Either you don't really care about getting your daughter back, or you are unbelievably naive about how the system works.

Whisper is right in this sense that they could use this against you in a custody battle. Lawyers will use anything to make you look bad and if anyone finds out that your pics are here it could look bad for you. I would hate to see you lose over a picture. If you have your lawyer you should ask if this could be used against you?
