Dance around in my room to music.

I just danced around to "Boriqua Anthem", "Goody Two Shoes", "Balia Me", "It's Not Unusual", "Boom Shakalak", and "The Bad Touch". I worked up a sweat and got a lot of tension out of my system.

What's fun for you and relieves stress (besides sex)? :D

heh - well currently minxie .. it's dancing around my room and singing to Christmas music ..

My Stress Busters

When I'm really, really stressed, loud music - the louder the better. I even put together a "stress buster" CD to help me along.

But for the normal, everyday stress I have, which tends to develop into twice-monthly migraine headaches, I find that just relaxing with some cool tunes or playing Unreal Tournament helps very much.

Makeing fun of people's taste in music usually does it for me.
Meanie :p

They're songs I picked for fun- not because they're my favorites.

To relieve stress I punch things... I want a punching bag but can't afford one and no place to hang it this really works for me, but my door is now worped :D

WOW, I thought I was alone in that unpleasant little habit. Let's just say I'm really good at drywall repair. Those stupid, free-standing TaeBo things don't work for shit.

I also find solace in triple digit speeds, especially if there a few shallow curves.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh :(
sorry that word bugs me sooooooooo much. lol

hay punching things helps and I think of it this way...

would you rather punch a wall and fix it? or punch he person and regret it?

Two words...

Baseball bat...

Fruit...

Okay, that's three words. Cricket bat works too, but hard to find in the States.

I get a good massage. A little aromatherapy, some candles, and a hot guy with good strong hands relieves all my stress......well, ok, only for about an hour, but it's very relaxing.

I can recommend a solution.

When I was a teenager, I used to do that. We had an old bed mattress in the garage I used to pummel when I wanted to work off steam. You can always use that, or one of those overstuffed body pillows. They work really well.

My favorite stress release (other than... you know)

Just unwinding with a nice bottle of red wine (preferably the merlot/cabernet blend).:)

Bike riding .......I need to find something else to get me thru the winter. Mmmmmmmm I'm sure something will come to mind. Following "^^" out of the thread. ;)

Well lilminx I also like to listen to music and ........

If it moves me enough, I'll dance around also. I like to also make tapes of music and movies. A nice hot shower can help to relax me. Video games also, yes, but sometimes after playing those. I'm more tense. lol That's when I need to go to the gym and work out my frustration. I can listen to my tunes, do my cardio, and lift weights. After eating, then I'm ready to go again.

Double WOW, it seems I should join you in that nasty little habit! when I was younger I punched a few things myself. Advice to you, never punch anything harder than your bones, my left hand has been broken two different times. Once on a wall and once on a bowling ball. Trust me I felt really stupid afterward......lol

I used to drive down I-85 on my way home from work, and yell my ass off in my jeep. Cursing the person who caused the stress. I got some funny looks from other drivers.

But currently I can't drive, I don't have sex yet (too much medication) so I don't do anything. It is possible that I will explode so you might want to stand back a little.
