It's a lion, no it's a dog

When the calls started coming in, police in Norfolk, Va., thought they had an escaped lion prowling their streets and immediately called the local zoo for a head count.

Thankfully, all the lions were accounted for, and the beast of Norfolk turned out to be nothing more than a loose dog with a terrible haircut.

It would depend on where I lived and what was around me. There is a big cat rescue shelter about 10 miles from my house.

None of this surprises me.

I have had primary school teachers point to a calf and tell their class it was a foal.
Or that sheep grow antlers and the only cows that give milk are 'the black and white ones'.
