Sometimes I consider not socializing and spending all night doing this, but people are more entertaining. Plus, these are self portraits, and they take a long time: create pose, set up camera, self time, check, realize hair in face/angle bad/weird eyes, retake, repeat 100 more times. You get the idea. That's okay, everything's shot in 3-B. Three beers and it's good!

It's still a really fun time, especially because it gives me a chance to dress up and have fun.

The results certainly justify the effort- just taken another look at your other threads as well, and I've yet to see a pic that isn't utterly beautiful...
