This one I actually have a real life story about. Doesn't involve A/C but looking out my office window got me thinking. A lot of homeless people in my town, if they can't get into shelters for the night, will convene around fountains and stay there for the night. As long as they don't interfere with downtown traffic or bother anyone, they're allowed to. The fountains keep things cool and they can wash off a bit or get a sip of water.

So what if an attractive jogger is running her morning circuit and makes a stop at the fountain to cool off. She mostly gets ignored but one or two of the homeless guys make a pass or two and flash their cocks at her.
