It's a girl!!!

Just found out today that Luna and I are having a girl. We're both so excited and thrilled!!

Baby is healthy...160 heartbeats per minute, brain healthy, etc.

There are some possible problems/complications, but I'm calling the clinic tomorrow and hopefully getting an appointment with a perinatologist soon enough.

She's due on August 24th...!!!!

We actually have the name (it was easier settling on a girl name than a boy name )

However...does anyone know how legalities go as far as hyphenating a last name?

Congratulations!!! That's a nice good heartbeat there, Hunter's was about 140 on average and occasionally went up to 160 which as I said is a good heartbeat. Again Congrats on finding out you are having a little girl!

I think you're ok there. I have a friend in the US who were born by a single mother and raised by her and a friend's family. She have always had both their surnames, although there was no legal connection to the family.
