Most people who say "There ought to be a law" are not thinking - they are reacting emotionally. In fact, most people don't truly think most of the time, and what little portion of the time they are not just reacting emotionally to something, when they actually do consider something and try to think, they do a poor job of it.

That includes me.

Sometimes spam is good with tobasco sauce on it. Cut it and put it on a saltine and then pour some hot sauce on it.
