Issue with submitting a story

I posted an illustrated story over a month ago. For some reason, the story is stuck in pending and doesn't publish.

I tried to resubmit it, but the same thing happened. Right now, the story is sitting in the pending tab with a tag telling me it was published on the 12 of July in illustrated stories, but there's nothing there.

Is this some bug?

Illustrated stories get posted about once a month. I'm assuming since it's more work and there are only a few that get submitted.
