i love a good comedian but don't impress easily.

finally got to see Bo Burnham's "Words Words Words" and i'm highly impressed. Smart, creative, entertaining... he has the potential to be one of the great masters of the craft if he keeps up with this level of quality.

I thought my interview went really well today. Was told, look for an email from us. Instead, got an email from the guy half of the pair of interviewers telling me that I am very good looking, and just his type and to add him to my msn messenger so he can get to know me better. xxoo WTF?

i would simply ignore it, as if it simply never happened.

if you get an offer, you can figure out how to respond to it then, but esp in a job search, i say make no decisions if you really don't have to--and i really don't think you do just yet.

I do not respond much publicly but anyone who is dumb enough to write an email with that information should be reported to upper management. I think you said a friend referred to and consult her/him on the situation. I am all about making sexy comments but this is extremely inappropriate.

It's a good thing I don't do what I do for the money, 'cause I just figured out that I'm currently getting paid $2.11 per student per class session. And when I factor in the amount of time I spend prepping and grading. . .
