You can say it....and while I'm not certain how many will be willing to believe you, my guess is that many will be willing to take your word for it. As for myself, I may take you up on this, using provolone as an alternative (thinking that both feta and gorgonzola might be a tad strong for my breakfast).

You may be on to something here, EJ. Swiss cheese is not my favorite, but a little provolone or monterey jack or even parmesan cheese...sounds pretty good.

But better than peanut butter and chocolate?
