I’ve not mentioned this before, in any of my posts, but vetting is an important part of the process for me, so if you’re expecting a one time chat or a situation where you can jump right into it, this might not be what you’re looking for, which is fine. Not everyone will be a right match, which I completely understand. I just find that, too often, people tend to rush through things and end up chatting with someone whose personality really doesn’t match with theirs, down the line, as they get to know each other.
