I read the story "Office Dress Code" by JSZ. The author seemed to have stopped after chapter 2. It was written in 2004. Anyone knows if the author is going to write part 3 and continue? If he/she isn't can someone else write a chapter 3 and possibly continue? I would like to see this story continue and I'm sure others do as well. Thanks

Here's the link if anyone want to read it.

Seven years seems a bit long to have expectations of a story continuation. Any evidence of a contact e-mail on the author's listing? You could ask directly.

I just read it a day ago. I send the author an email just now. I don't know if he/she is even an active writer and if he/she is going to get it.

You told me to ask the question here when I asked the question on the general board. The link you provided works I don't know why mine doesn't.

It's ok, n00b, you'll figure it out eventually. Welcome to Lit.

The profile hasn't been amended since 2006.

I would assume that the author isn't here anymore.

Of course, sometimes they come back...

Jack Handy did--but that was, like, four or five years? Something like that.

Your link above is broken.

From your other two threads on the *same* topic:

Might be your browser not parsing the URL correctly. Try restarting.

This site has hundreds of unfinished works, because people's lives change, their time for porn changes. their needs and desires change. Since there is no renumeration or any other reason to force oneself to write here-- people just stop. They usually see no need to explain either-- I do wish they would sometimes...

I did get a chuckle out of the response to "it was last posted seven years ago" being, "but I read it just yesterday." :D

Nah, the n00b edited the url and fixed it, my browser is dandy. But thanks for using the word parsing. I don't know why, but it always makes me chortle snort. Heh.
