I can't decide if this site is for real or not:

One thing that majorly sets off my suspicion triggers is the list of infractions in the sidebar. Things like "being late to an online chat date" and "annoying Owner by not understanding an order and needing clarification" don't sound like punishment-worthy offenses to me.

Whether it's true or not, though, it's really well written. This person should submit stories to Lit, they'd be well-received! The pictures make it seem like it's true, but again...I'm not sure.

i think that this site is for real. i have talked to Doms who punish for infractions like that. It seems like her Dom is the type who really enjoys punishment and causing pain. It seems to me that He would be the type who would look for things to punish. i think that her blog said that one of the girls was punished for flinching from being hit with the cane.

The photos are an interesting touch and the blog may be written to match the photos. The photos may be visual authentication of the activity reported.

I know this though...

If she EVER decides to withdraw consent, and he pisses her off, she will have his balls in a vice grip of prosecutorial potential that could have him behind bars for a very, VERY long time.

DarkLord is living dangerously for putting photos like that on the web. Can you say "evidence"? Can you say "plain view"? Can you say "8 to 10 in the pen?"

Had a quick look....who knows if it is real or not....I didn't find the pics that out there, though that could be due to taste and also those I view regularly on another site for Owners and slaves. There are a lot of these type sites out there over the last couple of years....most tend to begin similar to this one and then build into a commercial site.

I wasn't asking if they were hardcore, only if they were real. Everybody has their own opinions of what is hardcore, but determining real vs. fiction requires a different set of analysis skills than just whether it's hardcore or not.

that IS what a cane does, and that is exactly why it scares the shit out of me, but knowing me, He'll use it on me, and i'll like it *grins* for me the more pain, the better, and the more there is to show for that pain afterwards, the better as well, still doesn't mean some of the things don't scare me. but, well, i'm a masochist, what can i say?? as for the site, i'm not sure why it wouldn't be 'real' the pictures defiantly LOOK real to me, and if they were online to start or whatever, punishments for those things like 'being late to a chatroom' etc..would be valid in their world to 'punish' her for the infraction. *shrugs* interesting blog either way, i'll have to read more for sure

That is what the cane is CAPABLE of doing, not necessarily what it does. There is no reason whatsoever that a caning session has to go anything near that far. I have been caned very hard with some very severe canes and not walked away looking like that. Heck, there wasn't even any blood, although the marks did last for months.

I'm not a fan of blood-letting with canes because (in my opinion) a properly used cane will hurt, it will mark, but it will not draw blood. I understand being scared of it...it can be pretty severe, or it can be fairly mild and be built up. It depends on the skill of the user, the type of cane, the quality of cane and the intent of the user.

In addition to what serijules said, it's worth nothing that some people react differently. Some people are very prone to bruising and can be marked easily. Others can't raise a bruise without REALLY hard treatment. So just because the marks look astonishingly severe, doesn't mean she was necessarily beaten quite so severely. Obviously it was a tough beating, but we can't tell for sure just how bad.

I can't decide myself Etoile. I did read one blog about fetching coffee that made me wonder. The sub had to go to the coffee shop and get 2 cups of coffee and return with them..with her owner's cum in her mouth. It is quite certain, as seri said, for canes to do that type of damage. Particularly thin, whippy canes used very hard.

I use big fat thick heavy canes on janey more often than not and for her it's like getting a massage. She's literally fallen asleep from relaxing so much into the caning.

ANY toy can be used from gentle to hard. If a PYL only has a couple of settings (like: "OW", "OH SHIT!" and "RED YOU BASTARD, THAT'S IT!") the PYL may want to learn a bit more about how to play with their toys, and their partners. *weg* A wide range of sensations from a wide variety of toys gives the skilled PYL a versatility that is hard to match.

Very true Etoile. I know in the beginning of my journey I marked very well, even showed every stroke of a singletail without much effort, but these days it takes a lot of intensive and prolonged useage of anything to make the slightest mark, and even then only some things will do it. My skin breaks and bleeds before it bruises so it is more often I am covered in healing wounds than bruises or marks in the skin. Of course, for F this is wonderful as he no longer has to worry about how marked I am getting and what it might be doing in a negative sense as he can beat away for ages without a sign showing. Strange thing is my skin is still ultra soft, though my flesh has firmed.

I've been on the receiving end of one of those wayward shots kind of caners, and the marks lasted literally for years in places a cane had no business being. It took a lot of slow going to enjoy the canes again and now I'm very particular about skill. Luckily, Ma'am has it in abundance.
