I can't attest to the legitmacy of the site. No, I wouldn't publish my work there, but this is just my personal opinion.

What's not to be legit there? They ask for content, and seems to be plaing w open cards about it. Also, no charge and no ads, so I doubt they'd make any money from it. At least no more than Lit does, which got ads.

I'd say yes, as long as it's non-exclusive, I'm credited and the stories are kept public and free.

Two dressed photos of 18 year-olds is all I can find. The rest is links to other picture sites. Lit has that too.

Yep. All legal, 2257 compliant sites without minors. Well, if it's not your personal aquired taste, then so be it.

But like I said, Literotica has links to "Teen Pic of the Hour - Hot teen babes, naked." and "Cute Teens - Barely legal girls that are too cute." in their picture link section too. So if that kind of thing offends you, you're on the wrong site already.

I didn't see any of my stories but I wouldn't object, as long as I am credited, preferably with a reference to Lit. Photos wouldn't bother me, as long as they were all legal. Literotica has plenty of pics around; I have posted many of them myself. A lot of AV's have them.
