Im 21 right now, but ill be 22 in march. My girlfriend of 3 years will be 17 in september, and wants to move in with me once I finish college. She'll still be 17 by the time i finish college and get my own place.
is it legal for her to move in with me at 17 years old? Keep in mind we'll be living in North Dakota.

That made him 18 and her 13. I know that was not legal in many states if any.

Not sure about North Dakato, but here in NY a "child" can leave the nest at 16, BUT the parents are still legally responsible for the "child" until they are 21, unless they become emancipated, which I believe can't happen until they are 17.

I dated an 18 year old when I was 13. We dated until I was 18, and he didn't even make the effort to TRY anything remotely sexual until I practially molested HIM when I was 16. My mother wigged out the first year, but he was a rare sweetheart and when I was almost 15 and she really got to know him she loved him like her own son. At the time I really didn't think the age difference was horrible, but looking back as an adult now it LOOKS BAD. Then again as an adult if you date someone 5, 10, 20 years older than you it's okay. I guess it's just a matter of perspective.

Man I work with a lot of young kids and the first thing that freshman girls do is look for a senior boyfriend with a car and a job. Many of these relationships continue after high school and I have been to several weddings. If you do not want this to happen, then kids need to be put in Junior College as soon as they reach the age of consent. It is not always the evil male.
