Is this campbell a hacker who spy on my wifi network, everytime his network appear in my network list my connection is lost? See picture inside

Nothing to do with Lit, of course. It will be one of your neighbours, likely, and probably their WiFi router is using the same channel as yours.

Anyone spying on you is unlikely to advertise their presence by setting up a visible WiFi access point. If you can access your own router, it will probably list all the devices connected to it.

But what @AlinaX said was on point: Their wifi network is probably on the same wifi channel as your own wifi network.

So you could probably fix this by reading your wifi access point/router's documentation to figure out how to switch its channel to something else, or get it to autoselect the best channel on its own based on the surrounding wifi traffic.

You won't have to change your wifi clients (connected devices) at all if the router/access point broadcasts on a different channel.
