Is this an underage story?

I'm curious what other people think really. It's a Pokemon fanfic and at present it's just an introduction and it's quite well written. The problem is Ash is a ten year old boy while it doesn't contain anything sexual yet clearly it could if it were continued.

While yes the author could get round it by increasing Ash's age for me at least your still writing about an underaged character as your just adding a few years to get around the site rules.

8 years is more then just a few years, it wouldn't just be underage, it would be similar to pedophila.

As long as the actual sexual content is kept away from, it would be something that would be banned here on Lit without question though.
