Is this the Russians idea of a joke?

Unidentified Flying Object

Means

1) Nobody saw who it was that flew. Not surprising, Siberia is a huge place with very few people.

2) It was not an officially recorded flight. Could be anything from mafia in old militarty choppers to good old corruption, for instance no flight registration due to flying untaxed goods.
