Is there no other Sonic fans ?

Hey everyone, I know not too many people have read my two stories, but they where added fairly recently, I am a big fan of Sonic the Hedgehog and I know there are tons more out there so why isn't there more Sonic Fics on this site (Believe me I've seen tons elsewhere) and I really think the site could use more !

You're talking about erotica specifically based on the Sonic the Hedgehog series? That's genuinely new to me, though I have to admit that Amy does have a cute character design, and the way she is constantly trying to get with Sonic while he more or less just tries to get away from her has an interesting dynamic. Other than that, I have a hard time finding the hook.
You've really seen tons of Sonic erotica elsewhere? What is it like, exactly? Are we talking actual written erotica, or some unoffiical Japanese x-rated manga?

Well, I know there are some hentai mangas out there. Some more professionally done than others.

On a whole though, I'm not a big fan of seeing video game characters in sexual situations (the exception being those who are obvious sex symbols - Lara Croft, the girls of DOA, and even the MGS world). As games become more advanced into the mainstream media this will likely change, but until then I just don't jive with it. As anthropomophisized as Sonic and the gang might be, they just don't arouse me. I don't care to read or see Sonic and Amy (or Tails/Knuckles and Amy, or Robotnik/Mecha-Sonic and Amy, or what have you) doing the nasty.

These are just my own tastes, but I like to think others echo these sentiments. As for why you don't see many such stories: the genre is a limited market, few who would read such a story and even fewer who would take the time to write one. Much less write one that stays true to either the games series or comics.

Just my opinion. If you've got the gusto to pen one, then by all means go for it!
