The person or persons behind “Dave Oreck” now has a thread many other posters are engaged in, after 100’s of attempts under a variety of names.

More New ID’s generally.

Threads and posts by the “self appointed” few no longer dominate; they now mostly post inside their igbubble.

Is the General Board becoming more equal?

Threads by blind squirrels can be the nuts.

At one time, when I cared about such things, my response to General board hazing was to invite and foster visitors to the GB to adulterate the purity of "their" board. It livened the place up a lot.

It's a lot of work doing that because those that claim squatting rights are typically poor hosts and not exactly the most scintillating of conversationalists. Without a concerted effort to engage and retain interesting posters, they wander on.

Maybe Professor Gav will eventually start an interesting thread, who knows?

I consider the squatters the most vain; if correct, they need an audience, yet also need to pretend they are not sneaking peeks at your crotch.

So, they are fun to have here as volunteeers, even in their general sloth and corpulence.
