Is there anyone who will edit exstream stories?

I write a couple of exstream stories including gore, and graphic nature, murder, rape, bloodplay, and bdsm. I don't have spell check on my computer, well because it's an outdated, over sized, paper weight! I need help with a couple of exstream stories. I need others opionon. And defenent help with spelling, and punctuation. So are there any editors that can help? If you can, please do. I promise not to compleltely turn your stomach, into mush.

HELLO. I am an author my self and write some very hard stuff.Although I am no good at spelling I do have a very new PC which I had custom built .I have the latest Microsoft Office Program.I will be happy to help you if you would like me to.If you are like me all you need help with is the spelling and the spaceing,I dont want anyone to change my format and grammer as I write the way I think this stuff up.
I write under the name of PICK UP MAN.I write some kiddnapping,slavery and BDSM sories ,but I also write A MODERN HUMAN DAIRY AND MEAT FARM stories which are very rough.I also have a person who hwlps me edit some of my stories and I think I can help you.
