Ah, yes, the many demonic possessive hentai films I've seen, such as Twin Angels.

They carry that series in my local video store in the "cult" section. I watched the first one but was disappointed and so never saw any of the others.

I love the stuff -- but I'm picky about it. I've seen a bunch of really lame hentai and been horribly disappointed by the Anime18 "Extreme" series. I like to watch non-consentual, BDSM and tentacle sex. I do NOT want to watch cartoon chippies eating their own shit. Also, if the artwork is cheap and/or lazy then it doesn't get me going.

The Cool Devices series has got good set-up, but I wanted more graphically depicted close-ups. La Blue Girl same thing.

As for hentai with a good story, so far nothing I've seen beats Urotsukdoji although I haven't seen the entire series. The animation is well-done and it was the sex in this that first turned me on to looking for more hentai.

I think the thing that appeals to me most about it is that you can do things in hentai that are illegal to shoot in live porn in the States --- rape, bound sex, sex with monsters. Hentai can show it, there's never any worry that some poor Ukranian girl got snowed into a job she didn't agree to and you give more leeway for the actors because, after all, they're just cartoons.

I'd love to trade recs and reviews but much as I like the stuff I really haven't seen all that much.
