Would love to go hardcover, but CreateSpace doesn't offer it -- and publishing it through other self-publishing sites would limit distribution. (CreateSpace gets the book on Amazon at no additional cost.)

Softcover is no big dealie. It only really matters (IMO) when you go large-scale format, like the Taschen books. And even they have softcovers in those sizes.

How many pages would be allotted to each artist? Max or minimum? If I have a story to draw, I'll need a limit to frame the story within. Otherwise, I could keep on going like a track runner who doesn't know when to stop! Also, formats for submission, either electronically or snail mail and bits like that?

I'm blank on the charity - I support breast cancer research outwardly (being a breast man) but that's about it; as long as it's a good cause, I'm good with anything. As for the title...I'll have to think on it further, but your suggestions...

Coming Together: Inked - Sounds too much like a celebration of tattoo culture (which could be a focus for a separate book)

Coming Together: Graphically - Not bad either, but has a little less impact than the Artistically one, more technical sounding.

Already have a breast cancer charity volume (For the Cure). As for # pages, without knowing how much material I have, it's difficult to say. I don't want any one artist totally dominating the volume ... but I'm not gonna limit anyone to just a couple pages, either.

Don't really care for that. Prefer either a prepositional phrase, adverb, or gerund. Most of the other volumes are prepositional phrases.

My hope is to release this by next summer and promo it at Comic-Con.

Would you want finished submissions sent there, or just roughs and samples? In order to print quality you'd need high-res files, wouldn't you? PDFs or JPEGs or EPS? I'll be working out a rough of what I'd like to send you in the next few days I'm off of my slave job (I'm actually in the process of making stuff to be sent to various graphical smut publishers of good standard next year and their submission guidelines sometimes vary, as the page size varies)

Also, since you're editing, it'd be better sending you a comic in rough form starting out, wouldn't it?
