Depends how legit you wanna go.

If you have speed and time, you can download Photoshop, which is king. (however, it can be a litte complicated)

If you are trying to resize a JPG, that may be the problem. Try converting to a BMP and then resizing. Once resized, then convert back to JPG.

But it really all does depend on the resolution the photo was taken in, in the first place. If a photo was taken in 320x240 and you try to resize it to 1024x768 for instance, then it will be fuzzy as hell no matter what.

I always used a free program called vuepro. It works great for resizing/cropping/lightening/converting. It can also install vueicons on your PC so when you look a ta folder and pics will show up as tiny icons of that picture so you can see them all at a glance

www.shareware.com has all that stuff

Hi smoky Baby!!!!!!!

When you do a resize you have to apply a sharpen afterward, it will remove the fuzzyness. Usually the "sharpen" feature is located in "effects" or "plugins".

If you want to know more just PM me

thanks everyone

i did try paintshop pro for a little while - i didnt really get on with it, maybe its someworth sticking with. im going to try converting it to bmp first then changing it back to jpg and have a look at vuepro - i had a simple to use prog that just had the basics and it was all i needed - this sounds the same sort of thing.

hi deja ! *blows you a kiss*

thanks
