Is there a way to see if a user is still active on Lit?

Go to their Profile in the forum section "Last activity..."

Either send them a PM or by check "Find all posts by" link in their profile page and join in on a thread they may be posting in (if current)

There is a Search Members link toward the top right of that page - you could follow through to their profile from there

....and what if a person doesn't really want to be monitored in that way? I've noticed some profiles do not contain last activity. How do you remove that?

You are already have the correct settings in place - just looked at your profile - no "Last Activity"

UserCP > Edit Options > Login & Privacy > Use Invisible Mode

I assume that when you look at your own profile you will still see it, but when set to Use Invisible Mode others won't see it.

Hello,

I was wondering if there was any way to see if a Lit user and author is still active on the site or not. I have checked on the author page of this person, but it just has something called "last modified" with a date, but I am assuming that indicates the last time the person edited their profile.

Any help would be appreciated. I have also emailed the person through the Lit messaging system with no reply.

If you've messaged them and they're not replying, presumably either they're not active or they don't want to be contacted. Either way, seems like a good idea to let it drop.
