Is there a way to leave comments on my own story?

I've been getting a lot of comments stating that people have read my stories elsewhere, which they have, I've just recently started to upload my existing body of work to Literotica, however I can't find a way to reply to them besides private messages, which isn't always possible if the comment was anonymous.

Is there a way for me to post comments on my own story, or reply directly to them? I have no options to do so in the comment moderation section.

Not on the mod page; just page to your story's end and add a comment. I do it all the time, often as a first "Author's Comment" to add stuff that wouldn't be appropriate within the text.
