Is there a story in this?

NOTE: Before I start, I will admit that my knowledge of BDSM is rather limited, & that, AFAIK, I've never met or spoken w/ a BDSMer (weel outside of here anyways).

It seems to me that to engage in BDSM activities is enjoyable/erotic/etc. in large part b/c it isn't real. That is, I sincerely doubt that most BDSM subs would enjoy beinga REAL slave, & I'd guess that a lot of BDSM dom/mes would be, uncomfortable, to say the least, if they being a REAL slave-owner.

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone tinks that this thought could inspire a story? Perhaps like so:

A BDSM sub is one of several people abducted & enslaved (how & by whom doesn't really matter at this point). Because of his/her experiences, the sub is hardest to "break" & manages to lead either an escape or a Spartacus-style revolt.

Alternatively, someone who was used as a sex-slave & then rescued is helped to recover from his/her experiences by a BDSMer (this could be a sequel to the previous)

What do you think?

This is the second time I've using this forum as advertising but I did write a story that fits your bill pretty well. I have a sequel written but haven't edited or posted yet.

Chances are, that you will find true sadism and masochism in the erotic horror section. To be honest, I know nothing about the BDSM lifestyle. Then again, I know nothing about being a lesbian but that doesn't stop me writing about it.

Sadly, this is true. Slavery is one of organized crime's biggest rackets. That's what I meant by REAL slavery. An indivdual enslaved AGAINST THEIR WILL by force or coercion.

Maybe, maybe not. There're plenty of stories on Lit about people being enslaved &/or raped, & I'm pretty sure there are plenty about them getting their own back. This is just an extra wrinkle.

I was originally thinking along the terms of an alien abduction, but then realized that might not have as much appeal as the general idea.

I just wanted to add that not all subs are slaves, and not all Dom/mes are Masters/Mistresses.

But, since you added at the beginning of your post that you were not that knowledgeable of the lifestyle, it's okay.

Just a quick thing: besides "Kiss the Girls," Buffalo Bill in "The Silence of the Lambs" keeps his victims in a pit. (Is that the character's moniker? I can't recall.) Except he's going to use their skin as an outfit so he can fake being a woman.
