Is there a product that will make my nipples puffy or chest puffy?

I could pull off fake boobs if it existed. what could i used to make em puff out? i tried vicks vapo rub but it didnt wow me,

There are a LOT of fake boobs out there. The kind that sit in your bra, the kind that go around your neck...lots of them.

You might try a snake bite kit though, available at your local camping/outdoors store. Or a nipple protector set, available at running stores.
