Is the Tops list working?

And if so, how often does it update?

I have a story at 4.90 with all my little 10 votes *giggle* and it isn't showing anywhere.

The top lists update once a day, at midnight PST. If you got the 10th vote after midnight, it'll go up tomorrow.

Someone might want to change the summary in the FAQs. It says several times a day.
