Is the link to the missing, really missing? Or "are we" missing "the link?"

Or maybe it (the link which is missing) has
chameleon like traits?

Maybe it's simply invisible - to our eyes?

Or - it could be camoflaged?

Or, even more probable, it is in disguise - it hides behind a mask.

But - why - though we can't see it - or find it - do we believe that it's there? Why do we search for it?

Because it "leaves a trail."

A trail of slime. A trail of broken links. A trail of weak links. In fact - missing links prey on the weak link.

And what of the "weakest link?" The link that is not strong? The link that "goes along," the link that does not care? That link.....

That completely visible - weak link - is proud to be weak - and does not search for the missing link - it is not curious, it is not a leader, it is only concerned with complacency and blandness - it wants "an easy exsistence."

Weak links like to take it easy. Weak links are lazy. And weak links "are there" for all the world to see.

But weak links - eventually break - they break the chain - they disband - they fall apart. And worse - they take stronger links with them. They "fail" the chain. They fail "the bond."

Nothing is worse than a weak link - with the exception of a missing link.

And thus - nothing is better than a good, stong, solid chain.

Hey this was obviously me.....

Somehow - being on the road, on the lap-top - from my 2nd location - logging on at first - then going to check my IM board and then comming back on....

this happened.

Don't know how to undo it - just thought I'd be honest about the mistake.
