In PRO wrestling vernacular, trolls are called HEELs and are the most integral part of the show. In an entertainment setting there either needs to be an equal distribution of heroes and villains (rarely happens) or someone must pick up the slack to achieve equilibrium. It is exhausting making up for so many simplistic and uninteresting people.
