If at all possible. I would arrive to pick you up in a horse and carriage,I would be suited and booted armed with two dozen red roses.Take you for a night out in the carriage to a restaurant,drop you off as a gentleman should (meaning try not to jump you).

Then as I leave watch you melt

Jazey, I'm 43 as well and I will assure you that romance is alive and well! I've found romance with MY-Sir and am very much in love with Him. Just hearing His voice over the phone, sends shivers thru my body. We have a wonderful relationship, even if it is taking place across the Atlantic at this time. This is only temporal and we shall be reunited as soon as its possible.

Never give up hope Jazey! Romance is out there looking for you as you look for HIm.

I wait for the day I find that right person who can romance me as much as I want to romance them. I truly believe it is a 2 way street and can make both people grow closer to each other then they ever thought possible. Sometimes they just have to let their heart get involved and open up to allow someone in. I feel romance without love is wasted also. nly someone who truly loves another can get into the romantic thoughts. Otherwise in my views it is just cheap way to get into the other persons pants. I'm not an older man, not a man at all, actually.

But I will say that romance is still alive in this world. I doubted the fact for a number of years after I got divorced. I didn't look for love, I threw myself into work and raising my kids. I didn't think I'd ever find anyone that mirrored what I hoped for in the lines of love and romance. I kind of gave up and went on with life.

I'm one of those old fashioned romantics. When I love, it is with all of my heart and soul. I need to give all of myself to a relationship, and feel the same thing in return. I'd pass on a relationship that I felt couldn't go aywhere.

Last year, I was fortunate to find out that romance is still alive and well in this world. I never expected it, but oh... was it ever worth the wait!
