is role play or phone sex dead?

Just thinking of things and was wondering if my title is true? Does anyone think it is fun anymore to role play or have a good ol' phone sex conversation? Maybe I'm old fashion or something but I don't mind having phone sex if I am interested in a person who lives far away, if you both know what your doing it could be fun..

and also I don't mind role play..being a slave, switching.. its fun..

am I the only one here?

Pesonally, I love role playing, and phone sex can definately be fun with the right person, but I tend to need to actually meet the person before I can relax enough to connect like that. Cyber allows you to keep walls up a little more.

I still enjoy roleplay but never really got into phone.

Roleplay lets you explore with being inhibited. The only downside is when the other person is distracted or slow.

I do not think they are dead and both are incredibly fun with the right partner, just like real sex.
