Older women are awesome!
My wife just turned 50 and is 5 years older than me. After a years-long hiatus from sex, we've become incredibly hot for each other. It's better now than when we were married 13 years ago! Part of the turn-on for me is the fact that she's my older woman.
But as for "older vs younger": I think older is better because of the wisdom and experience that comes with age. One can "act" older than one's years but you still have to live through the years to acquire the experience. Not just sex experience - experience with your own range of emotions and abilities, finding subtle nuances that don't surface until you've done them hundresd of times, appreciation for simple things that never meant a damn when you were younger.
