My scale says I've GAINED two pounds...but today...my body comp...my nutritionist says I've LOST 3 lbs of BODY FAT!?! wtf?! How is that possible? She said that I've lost a total of 12 lbs of body fat in the past two months...which, according to her...is more like 30 lbs of regular weight loss...she says I'm eating great and not eating too much (I feel like I am eating way too much!) I just...I don't know...how could she be telling the truth!?

Here's a thought fatty...... STOP FUCKING STUFFING YOUR FAT FACE WITH FOOD!!!!

Just go on a hunger strike.... preferably till you're dead.....

maybe...I don't know...she usually tells me when I gain muscle...

hmm. next time something that she says confuses you, don't hesitate to ask her for clarification! she won't mind, she sounds very nice. not to mention, it's her job to make sure you understand what's going on with your own body.

yeah...I will next time...I think I'm gonna ask my body fat percentage...think she will tell me?

How much muscle weight can you gain? sheesh, you must look like the Terminator by now~

Muscle does weigh more than fat. So it is entirely possible you gained weight but lost body fat. I would also suggest to only weigh yourself once or twice a week at most. I know people who weigh themselves two or three times a day and it drives them nuts.

LOL two or three times a day is nothing...at the height of my eating disorder I was at least 20 times a day.

You're fine.

Muscle weighs more than fat, and if you're exercising more, that's probably why you're eating more.

And ignore the asshole who's obsessed with putting you down. He's mad because he lost the idiot of the year award.:D

Did you mention to your nutrionist that you haven't defecated in almost 3 weeks? That's a big deal, Dolly. A big deal. It's not normal, it's toxic and it indicates some kind of obstruction...

I never said that. And I have gone a lot over the past couple days.

yeah...I've been a lot more active...the only bad part of moving around more...is that I get so darn hungry! LOL and crave carbs bad...hehe

You never said what? That you haven't had a dump in 2-3 weeks? You started a damn thread about it!

Oh, and jeeze gone a lot over the past few days? Then why, why, WHY did you feel the need to tell us you hadn't yesterday? Because I really could have done without it...

I said that I had gone last weekend...but not much in the past TWO weeks...and I posted that thread Saturday...and I took milk of magnesia that morning and it started to work...took a bit more today...so I'm going a lot more now.

my scale keeps going down... I have had the stomache flu for 3 days and cant eat...

did you even stop to think before posting that? I would think that would be pretty obvious that it would be triggering for me.

DP, seriously. Do you ever stop to think before posting about the state of your bowel movements? Do you know what that triggers in some people? Emerald is feeling sick like a dog, a little compassion might be nice. It's not all about you, not even in your own thread, I'm afraid.
