Dear Kuntmode,

We are aware of your recent activities on the General Board and even though Literotica believes in Freedom of Speech, some things are not acceptable and are promptly removed.

We have received a number of complaints concerning your behaviour on our site, but have turned a blind eye based on many other people doing similiar things as yourself.

Literotica provides specific guidelines and rules to abide by when people sign up for membership, which is to protect certain terms and agreements with other companies we are involved with. It is also what we ask of those who use our site.

We are not in the habit of banning people, though there is only a limit to what we allow or tolerate.

We had read various things you have written in relation to Jelsoft Enterprises Limited, who we purchased our software from, and we are also aware of your influence to do with the people there. We have been informed by the webmaster of their future intentions, which has prompted us to look elsewhere for a company to provide us with software capable of meeting our criteria for a new website we propose soon.

Literotica has been a successful website for sometime now, and we are sure there will be many who will be saddened by our new directions.

We may have been in breach of contract regulations, but we were only acting within our own moral standards which may somewhat differ in your part of the world. The legalities that have prevailed have prompted our action which is to no longer resume our association with Jelsoft Enterprises Limited and shut down our website.

We hope you will keep this information to yourself and allow us the time to alert all of our members to our future plans.

this letter was sent FROM literotica. now if kunt here did this hes really clever because if he is the one who did this.... he went on lit, wrote to himself. its from the literoca boards. but doesnt mean its from the moderators. Kunt could have frauded this go on lit, write himself a letter using lit to make it look like it was made by a mod. because this WAS sent from literotic. it looks excatly almost like all the notices from posts I get. same accounts. but he could have sent himself that letter.

Yes, Pix. It's faked. You answered for yourself how he could mock up a header for Lit mail. He's not clever. He just cut and pasted the header from an email from a subscribed thread. Logic it out, hon.
